Tell us your financing needs, confirmed the quotation and send us 3 copies the following documents to be submitted with the signed application form.

For limited companies
Memorandum & Articles of Association. Form 24 & 49

For sole proprietorship/ partnership

Business Registration Form (Borang A & D)

For professional firm, branch offices, regional offices, representative offices

Practicing certificates - latest
Approval letter for practice from relevant bodies.
Curricula Vitae - if any
Major list of projects/contracts - if any

For all applicant

Annual Report - if any
Latest 6 months' bank statements.
Bank Facilities - offer letter.
Latest 1 year Audited accounts.
Identity card - photocopy of Directors, Partners / Sole Proprietorship, Guarantors
 
Our funder(s) process and upon approval, financing documents will be forwarded to you.
 

Once applicant has properly executed Documents and Delivery Order, Letter of Under taking/Confirmed Purchase Order and Payment will be forwarded to supplier.
